Terms of Use

Fasty Games sells access to shared game accounts on the Steam platform. It is important to understand that:

• •Accounts are shared among multiple users;
• •The client acquires the right to use the account, not ownership of it;
• •We recommend using Steam's offline mode to avoid interruptions;
• •The client is responsible for maintaining the security of the provided credentials.

The client agrees to:

• •Use the account exclusively for personal and lawful purposes;
• •Not change passwords, emails or any settings of the provided account;
• •Not share credentials with third parties;
• •Not perform activities that may compromise account security;
• •Immediately report any problems with the account;
• •Use Steam's offline mode to avoid conflicts with other users.

Fasty Games is not responsible for:

• •Loss of progress, saves or game data due to shared account use;
• •Interruptions in access caused by third-party actions or the Steam platform;
• •Damages resulting from improper use of credentials by the client;
• •Changes in Steam policies that may affect the use of shared accounts;
• •Client technical problems (hardware, software, internet connection);
• •Use of the account for illegal activities or violations of Steam's terms of service.

Fasty Games commits to providing functional accounts at the time of delivery, but does not guarantee permanent availability due to the shared nature of the service.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Code (Law 8.078/90):

• •7-day warranty: We offer a 7-day warranty from the date of credential delivery;
• •Refund: Refunds will be processed only if the account is inaccessible or does not work correctly at the time of delivery;
• •Exchange: In case of problems, we may offer an exchange for another equivalent account, when available;
• •Exclusions: There is no right to refund after 7 days or if the client changed credentials, shared with third parties or used the account inappropriately;
• •Refund period: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

It is expressly prohibited:

• •Change passwords, emails or settings of the provided account;
• •Share credentials with third parties;
• •Use the account for illegal activities or violations of Steam's terms;
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems;
• •Resell or sublicense access to the account;
• •Perform reverse engineering or attempt to copy games.

Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate cancellation of access, without the right to a refund, and may result in legal action.
